Our Team - Daira Suster Sanchez

Daira Isabella Suster Sanchez is a fourth year student at Florida State University, pursuing a bachelor's in psychology and music. Growing up in Miami, Daira sang in choir all throughout middle school and high school, volunteering with her chorus at senior centers on several occasions. Daira also volunteered with her local church to assist and sing to seniors at Riviera Health Resort on the weekends during her middle school years. She currently works as a Resident Assistant at FSU, interacting with first-time college students and fostering a welcoming community for them. She is also involved in several different school organizations including the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH), the publication Her Campus at FSU, and the FSU International Honors Society in Psychology (Psi Chi Chapter). 

Daira also has extensive experience volunteering with children as a summer camp counselor with The Children’s Voice Chorus of Miami. Daira also served as an Assistant Leader at her church Alpha & Omega, teaching and organizing games. Now as an intern with Students Care, Daira hopes to serve as an integral part of the organization through managing media communication and student outreach across all the chapters.
